Silhouette Go is a mobile application designed to enhance the flexibility and convenience of using your Silhouette cutting machine. With this app, you can manage and execute your cutting projects from any location using just your mobile device. The app simplifies the process of selecting and sending designs to your Silhouette machine. It guides you through each step, from choosing your design to setting cut parameters and sending the job. You can access and utilize designs from your Silhouette Library, including those purchased from the Silhouette Design Store or synced from Silhouette Studio. Additionally, Silhouette Go allows you to open SVG files stored on your phone directly within the app. For complete projects, you can also manage print and cut operations, sending print jobs to your printer and subsequently cutting them with your Silhouette machine, all from your mobile device.

How to Use Silhouette Go Open the App Launch the Silhouette Go app on your mobile device. Connect to Your Silhouette Machine Ensure your Silhouette cutting machine is powered on and paired with your mobile device via Bluetooth. Follow the on-screen instructions to establish the connection if it's your first time using the app. Select a Design Browse your Silhouette Library or access designs you've synced from Silhouette Studio. You can also import your own SVG files from your phone’s storage. Tap the option to open an SVG file and select the desired file. Choose Your Cut Settings Once your design is selected, adjust the cut settings according to your project's requirements. This includes parameters like blade type, cut speed, and material settings. Send the Job After setting up your design and cut parameters, tap the button to send the job to your Silhouette cutting machine. Confirm the settings and ensure that the material is properly loaded in the machine. Print and Cut (if needed) If your project requires print and cut, first send the print job to your printer from within the app. After printing, return to the app to send the cut job to your Silhouette machine for precise cutting. Monitor and Finish Monitor the progress of your job through the app if available. Once the cutting is complete, remove your project from the machine and complete any additional assembly or finishing steps as needed.
