Set Up the Game: Each player starts with 14 tiles from the pool. The remaining tiles are placed face down in the center as the "draw pile." Set: A group of tiles with the same number but different colors (e.g., 5, 5, 5 in different colors). Run: A sequence of consecutive numbers in the same color (e.g., 3, 4, 5 in red). You can create new sets or runs or modify existing ones by adding tiles from your hand. Take Turns: On each turn, you can either play a combination of tiles from your hand or draw a tile from the pile if you cannot make a valid move. If you draw a tile, your turn ends. Manipulate Existing Combinations: An important strategic element of Rummikub is that you can rearrange tiles already on the table to form new combinations. This allows for greater flexibility in finding new ways to play your tiles. Jokers and Wild Tiles: Rummikub includes joker tiles that can stand in for any other tile. Use them strategically to complete a combination or manipulate the game board to your advantage. However, if a joker is placed, it must eventually be replaced with a valid tile by the player who uses it. Endgame and Winning: The game ends when a player places all their tiles on the board, at which point they are declared the winner. Players tally up the points based on the remaining tiles in their hands. If no one can play a tile, the game ends in a draw.
