Enter a project name and description, then add tasks that align with your project goals. Organize Tasks by Context Use contexts to group related tasks by location, priority, or type. Assign contexts such as “Work,” “Home,” or “Errands” to help filter and focus on specific tasks when needed. Add Tasks to the Chaos Box Capture unorganized ideas and tasks by adding them to the “Chaos Box.” Later, you can organize these tasks by assigning them to specific projects or contexts. Set Deadlines and Reminders Assign due dates and reminders to tasks to keep track of deadlines. Enable notifications to receive reminders at specified times.
